Chipotle Smoky Mayo (for West Texas BBQ Gourmet Nutburger)

Small food processor


  • 1 Cup
    mayo (or Veganese, soy free)
  • 1
    chipotle in adobo sauce (in grocer Mexican section)
  • 2 Tablespoons
    sweet onion, minced in food processor
  • 1 Teaspoon
    liquid smoke
  • 1 Tablespoon
    honey or coconut nectar


  1. In small food processor, mince onions and chipotle. Add mayo and liquid smoke and pulse until blended
