Mango Jala Cilantro Dressing

  • 3 Cups
    Mangos, diced
  • 3
    Jalapenos, seeded (be careful to not touch rhine/seeds, ouch burn)
  • 1
    Large Scallion, diced
  • 6 Tablespoons
    White Wine Vinegar
  • 5 Tablespoons
    Coconut Secret Coconut Nectar (or Organic Sugar)
  • 3/4
    purified water


  1. Simmer above ingredients for 10 minutes, or until mango and jalapenos are soft.

  2. Puree in food processer with ½ c. organic cilantro.

  3. Add 1 c. plain or vanilla organic yogurt and ¾ c. Soy Free Vegan Mayo (Whole Foods or Follow Ur Heart Veganese Mayo)

  4. Stir well and serve with Thai Coconut NutBurgers™or Thai Coconut NutBurger™ Lettuce Wraps. Great for coleslaw and salad dressing as well.™
