Simmer above ingredients for 10 minutes, or until mango and jalapenos are soft.
Puree in food processer with ½ c. organic cilantro.
Add 1 c. plain or vanilla organic yogurt and ¾ c. Soy Free Vegan Mayo (Whole Foods or Follow Ur Heart Veganese Mayo)
Stir well and serve with Thai Coconut NutBurgers™or Thai Coconut NutBurger™ Lettuce Wraps. Great for coleslaw and salad dressing as well.™
