Nutball Panini’s

  • 1 Tablespoon
    Olive Oil (for outside of bun)
  • 2
    Fire-Roasted Red Peppers
  • 1 Teaspoon
    roasted garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon
  • Organic Mixed Greens
  • 1/8 Slices
    Mozzarella cheese for broiling
  • Parmesan, shredded, for caramelizing on top of bun in Panini press, or for grilling
  • Optional
    Spaghetti Sauce
  • Optional


  1. Prepare Nutballs™ as directed on package.

  2. brush your Panini bun with olive oil, and sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese.

  3. slice open bun, layer pesto on one side and red pepper spread on other side, add mozzarella slices.

  4. Press your favorite bun into Panini grill, or use broiler with open face buns to broil cheese.

  5. Get creative and add with some crushed garlic, aioli or artichoke spread for added flavor.

  6. Broil or press until mozzarella is getting bubbly.

  7. Remove from under broiler, top with Nutballs™, and add optional spaghetti sauce and get ready to rock your tummy into a big serving on nutritious YUMMM….
