NutBall or NutLoaf Secret Glaze

Cook Time


  • 2 Cups
    Organic Ketchup
  • 2 Cups
    Organic Dark Brown Sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons
    Filtered Water
  • 4 Tablespoons
    Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4 Teaspoons
    Organic Worcestershire
  • 4 Tablespoons
    Grated Organic Shallot
  • Small Organic Garlic Clove, minced
  • 1/2 Tablespoon
    Organic black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Sea Salt (or to taste)


  1. Mix all ingredients in large sauce pan and bring to boil, then reduce heat to simmer. Simmer gently until thickened 10-15 minutes.

  2. Fine chop in advance Italian parsley and add light ribbons of glaze and sprinkle with parsley garnish.
