Thai Coconut Nutburger Pizza

Carla Lee loves making this hearty over-the-top Vegan pizza that even the most discriminating Carnivores goes NUTZZZ for!


Ingredients

  • 2
    100% Organic Whole Wheat Grain or Gluten-Free Pizza Crusts (Trader Joes)
  • 3/4 Cups
    Peanut Sauce mixed with 2 T. Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 Cup
    raw milk (Sierra Nevada) or organic RBST free mozzarella cheese
  • 2
    Thai Coconut NutBurgers, browned on ea. side 3 minutes, then crumbled on pizza
  • 1/2 Cup
    bean sprouts
  • 3 Tablespoons
    shredded organic carrots
  • 4 Tablespoons
    organic cilantro
  • 3 Tablespoons
    organic finely sliced red onion
  • 3/4 Cups
    wontons in coconut oil (added last 3 minutes of baking)
  • 1/8 Cup
    drizzled of sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Brush ½” of outside edge of pizza crust with coconut oil. Flour sheet pan generously and add pizza dough.

  3. Evenly spread peanut sauce to within ½” from outer edge of pizza dough.

  4. Add raw milk or organic mozzarella

  5. Crumble Thai Coconut Nutburger over pizza evenly. Evenly spread carrots, cilantro and red onion.

  6. Cook for 15 minutes, turning once. Add wontons and cook 3 minutes more, until cheese is bubbly browned.

  7. Remove from oven and drizzle sweet chili sauce over pizza.
